Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, auth identifiers), your repair balance and purchase history, the .cube files you upload and any note you write about them, the looks in your library, and technical logs for security and reliability. Checking a LUT with the free Inspector needs no account: that file is measured and discarded, not stored against a profile. Card numbers are handled by Stripe — we don't store them.

Who processes your data

We share the minimum necessary with vendors that process data for us:

Stripe — payments for repair purchases.
Anthropic (Claude) — interpreting the plain-language note you optionally write about your LUT, so we know which corrections you asked for. Only that text is sent. Your .cube file is never sent to Anthropic — the measurement and repair maths run entirely on our own servers. Skip the note and no third party sees anything.
Cloudflare — hosting, file storage, database, edge compute, and error/health monitoring.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may access, correct, delete, export, or restrict your data, or object to processing. Contact contact@pryzmlab.io to make a request.
