What Pryzm Lab does
You upload a .cube LUT, we measure it against our safety rails, and — if you pay for a repair — we hand back a corrected version of your own file. Checking a LUT is free and needs no account. Repairing one costs a repair from your balance.
The LUTs you upload
You keep every right you already had in a LUT you upload, and we claim none. We use your file solely to inspect and repair it for you. You warrant that you own the LUT or have the right to modify it — many LUT packs are sold under licences that restrict redistribution, and it is your responsibility to confirm that repairing yours is permitted. The repaired file comes back to you under whatever terms already governed the original; a repair does not grant you rights you did not have.
Looks we give you
Any LUT Pryzm Lab supplies directly — such as the welcome look in your library — comes with a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial-use licence to use the .cube file in your own video and photo work, including paid client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, give away, or republish those files or include them in a competing LUT pack.
Buying repairs
Repairs are bought outright, not by subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews automatically. Repairs you buy do not expire. Every new account starts with a small number of free repairs. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them. See our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
A repair is consumed only when we successfully deliver a repaired file — a failed or rejected repair is never charged. Because a delivered repair is a digital file you keep, used repairs are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused repairs sitting in your balance can be refunded on request. If a repair goes wrong, tell us and we will make it right.
What we don't promise
Repair is a measurement-driven correction, not a guarantee of any particular look. Some damage cannot be undone — clipping discards detail that is no longer present in the file — and in those cases we improve what is safely improvable rather than inventing detail. The free report tells you what we found before you decide to pay for anything.
